We share your information only as described below: • Between Users: When you book a trip, your name and basic profile are shared with the guide. When a guide accepts a booking, their contact information is shared with the angler. • Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), AWS (cloud hosting), and analytics tools. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request. • Business Transfers: If Gone Guided is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. • With Your Consent: We may share information with your explicit permission.
